App is ok. Sometimes glitches or doesn't work right

I can't get into the app. I put my login info in, it asks me a series of questions and then takes me right back to the ligin page.
I don't usually leave reviews but this was bad. It has its positives but specifically for me, I prefer the physical copy of my textbook. Every option was digital, even the "new print" had the ISB of only the web access code which I could purchase cheaper on webassin. Trying to check other campuses within my district led to major complications since they try to make it easier by telling you what your professor has as course materials instead of what the school has in stock textbook wise.
Not working great, and not intuitive.
When I tried looking at any of your products, it read "server error". I tried on my laptop and with a different wifi, still nothing worked.
